  • Deepa Shah
    Deepa is a biomedical engineer and an MBA from University of Pune. She has worked for number of years in one of the world's leading human resource management companies where she learned the nuances and excelled as HR business partner. A constantly learning professional, Deepa is a great planner and a strong implementer. She is in charge of hiring, managing and nurturing human assets in Novosalus. When not at work, you will find Deepa engrossed in learning or teaching creative arts.
  • Dr. Chinmay Erram
    Chinmay is a medicine graduate of BJ Medical College, Pune who chose to step out of the norms to get a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Health Administration and Entrepreneurship from University of Illinois at Chicago. After working for 7 years in corporate America in various healthcare sectors from hospitals to health insurance to pharmacy he returned to India. What excited him was the technology and the fact that technology in healthcare industry is primitive and often slows down the healthcare providers. Novosalus was thus born to change this situation. Chinmay is a visionary, fast and versatile learner and a very effective problem solver and works toward making the vision a reality. He is responsible for leading technical operations at Novosalus. When not working in Novosalus, he mentors a family owned 80-bedded Multispecialty Hospital that he setup in less than a year. He loves aviation and dreams of owning a small airplane and flying it himself.
  • Vaibhav Choudhari
    Vaibhav oversees all engineering and software development at Novosalus, ensuring customers have access to the most secure and easiest to use Healthcare solution on the market. He believes in the power of software technology to solve complex problems. He is responsible for the development and execution of the product vision at Novosalus, re-imagining and innovating modern day healthcare solutions. He brings with him wealth of experience from multinational organizations where he served as Technical lead and led research and development in Healthcare and Oil & Gas systems for global clients. He holds a Master in computer application. He loves to spend his leisure time on reading books and tech articles.
